Couples therapy helps partners address:

  • Communication challenges
  • Emotional distance or disconnection
  • Trust concerns and rebuilding safety
  • Recurring conflict patterns that feel stuck

Together, we work to understand the deeper emotional patterns beneath conflict so partners can respond to one another with greater clarity, accountability, and care. The goal is to help couples strengthen their bond, rebuild trust, and create a more secure, connected relationship.

Trauma Therapy & Brainspotting

Traumatic experiences are not only remembered by the mind—they are often held in the body and nervous system long after the event has passed. Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic method that helps access the deeper parts of the brain where trauma is stored, allowing the body and mind to process what was once overwhelming. As these experiences are processed, many people find that the emotional charge, triggers, and distress begin to release, making space for greater stability, resilience, and healing.

Values-Integrated Therapy
